Almost a year since the last post. So where has the time gone? Might be the house and renovation projects. Might be the garden. Might be work. Or other constructive tasks such as gaming improving hand-eye coordination
Brütal Legend
Awesome, dude. But still slightly flawed. Less RTS and more shredding enemies would have been my preference.
Batman: Arkham Asylum
The Goddamn Batman. ‘Nuff said.
Darksiders
Kicking Demon and Angel butt as War himself. And there are three more horsemen for the obvious sequel.
God Of War III
I’m getting to old for this #%$*, but still finished it without switching to an easier setting (despite the game asking multiple times).
Assassin’s Creed II
After playing War himself and then Kratos, Ezio seems to be a bit of a wuss at first, but still well worth playing. If only scaling buildings and running across rooftops were so easy… and the idiots carrying boxes are only slightly less annoying than the real-life numbskulls at current workplace who suddenly stop in the middle of full hallways and doorways to talk.
Also: Obvious sequel is obvious.
In Progress: Dante’s Inferno
…killed Death. Difficulty… hard. Must… not… switch to easy.
Definitely not for the faint of heart or those requiring nightmare-free sleep, or those requiring full use of their fingers. Note to self: the combination of painting walls, gardening with motorized equipment and excessive controller usage over a long weekend is a pretty good recipe for wreaking havoc on your wrists.
impressive!
